Re: TNG on DVD?

Yup, all the seasons were released over the course of 2002. I would think you'd still be able to find them if you know where to look. I don't foresee them being unavailable anytime soon...

As for Deep Space Nine, Paramount has been releasing the seasons throughout this year; the first 4 seasons are currently available. I believe Season 5 comes out in October, and 6 and 7 will most likely be released the beginning and end of December as was TNG last year...

So, with TNG in 2002, DS9 in 2003, I assume Voyager will be released throughout 2004; as for Enterprise, since the series is still in first-run production, I'm not sure how the DVD schedule for it would be.

Sorry you didn't know Mike. I'll definitely let you know more about the new DVD collections when they come out. emoticon

Right now, I have Seasons 1-5 of TNG. Just last night I finished watching the season finale, Time's Arrow, which is a really neat episode. emoticon Very nice cliffhanger. I just ordered season 6 from Columbia House's website and should be receiving it in 3-4 days. Columbia House has the most inexpensive cost for the TNG DVDs going for $104! I got season 1 from BJ's for $89, but they don't even sell the TNG sets anymore since they sold out.

The most _inexpensive_ was $104? Wowzers... maybe I'll wait five or ten years to buy the whole series. emoticon

Oh yeah, "Time's Arrow" is the visit to the 19th Century, correct? I've always liked that episode, too... so scary to see Data's head laying there, disconnected and all. haha

"The Best of Both Worlds" was still the greatest Star Trek cliffhanger of all time, in my opinion. "Time's Arrow" was still pretty good though.

Damon, I completely agree with you about The Best of Both Worlds. I love the part where Cmdr. Riker says, "Mr. Worf! Fire!" And the end music when the caption, "To be continued" appears.
I know, it's hard for me to describe how good that scene is.
